How much exercise should one do daily?

Exercise is an important component in developing and maintaining a healthy life style. However there is no “one shoe fits all” approach to exercise. The workout program should be individualized to the patients capabilities. Always begin slow and work up to a minimum of thirty minutes per day as tolerated.

Revelation 4:8 "and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, LORD God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come."

A friend of mine has so poignantly explained that, if God was a being, with His holiness made of some elemental covering, and a sin as small as a grain of sand were to drop on Him, He would still sense the pain of its contact like a brick falling on one’s finger. Sin, no matter how “big” or “small”, is repulsive to God and must be disdained.
